Pelican Cove Project - Bids Recieved

DIAMOND HEAD — The Diamond Head City Council was told the city received six bids for its Pelican Cove pond-six remediation and stormwater project, with most coming in under budget.
"We received six bids on that project. Five of the six bids actually came in under budget which was wonderful to see," the city manager told the council ahead of a scheduled contract-award vote. The project will dredge a detention pond and repair a drainage ditch running from Hilo Street.
