BAY ST. LOUIS — The Bay St. Louis City Council agreed during an Aug. 5 budget workshop to raise the city's municipal judge's annual salary to $18,000, an increase of roughly $3,000. 'We're going to change that to 18K for the judge,' the mayor told the council during the session. The change followed council members' noting the judge's pay had not been adjusted in several years even as prosecutor and public defender pay had been raised.
